I enthusiastically congratulate and commend my friends Dr. Jorge Ochoa and Dr. Jorge Jorge on launching their new consulting ministry. God has given them a compelling vision for ministry and the ability to work effectively with local churches and pastors. Both men have a deep faith in Jesus Christ. They have both taught and practiced the arts of visioning, team building, and implementation of plans to reach people for Jesus Christ and to grow local churches. They are changing lives and changing churches for the better.

For the past 6 years I have worked closely with Rev. Dr. Jorge Ochoa and Pastor Jorge L. Jorge Riaño on issues related to church planting, congregational mobilization and transformation; identifying, empowering and deploying new leaders and community outreach methodologies, as well as making new disciples of Jesus Christ. Much of what I learned from Dr. Ochoa and Pastor Jorge was applied to new church planting and leadership development in Florida, bringing a new focus and renewed passion to our faith communities. Not only through in-person visits I made to these brothers in Lubbock, TX for training and exchange of ideas, but also through the use of various platforms we remained actively in communication during the time this transformation process was occurring here in Florida. In my exchanges and relationships with Dr. Ochoa and Pastor Jorge I always found availability, openness, sensitivity and ways to challenge my own conceptions, helping me to open myself to new possibilities. I am very grateful to God for our friendship and collaboration in the tasks of the Kingdom.
