I enthusiastically congratulate and commend my friends Dr. Jorge Ochoa and Dr. Jorge Jorge on launching their new consulting ministry. God has given them a compelling vision for ministry and the ability to work effectively with local churches and pastors. Both men have a deep faith in Jesus Christ. They have both taught and practiced the arts of visioning, team building, and implementation of plans to reach people for Jesus Christ and to grow local churches. They are changing lives and changing churches for the better.
Durante los pasados 6 años he trabajado de manera cercana con el Rev. Dr. Jorge Ochoa y el Pastor Jorge L. Jorge Riaño en temas relacionados con plantación de nuevas Iglesias, movilización y transformación congregacional; identificación, empoderamiento y desplazamiento de nuevos líderes y metodologías de alcance a la comunidad, así como hacer nuevos discípulos de Jesucristo. Mucho de lo aprendido con el Dr. Ochoa y el Pastor Jorge fue aplicado a la plantación de nuevas iglesias y desarrollo de líderes en la Florida, trayendo un nuevo enfoque y renovada pasión a nuestras comunidades de fe. No solo por medio de visitas presenciales que hice a estos hermanos en Lubbock, TX para entrenamientos e intercambio de ideas, sino también a través del uso de diversas plataformas nos mantuvimos activamente en comunicación durante el tiempo que este proceso de transformación ocurría acá en la Florida. En mis intercambios y relacionamiento con el Dr. Ochoa y el Pastor Jorge siempre encontré disponibilidad, apertura, sensibilidad y formas de desafiar mis propias concepciones, ayudándome a abrirme a nuevas posibilidades. Estoy muy agradecido a Dios por nuestra amistad y colaboración en las tareas del Reino.
